About

The CAT sheet specialist contractors call.

Anovo Services is Peter Anovo - a Christchurch civil professional who got good at the one task everyone else found painful, and built a business around doing it well.

01 / The background

Peter spent years as a project manager at Hunter Civil, delivering Christchurch City Council infrastructure projects. He learned CAT sheet completion under a senior PM, got good at it, and before long was the person colleagues came to whenever as-built documentation landed on their plate at close-out.

Completing a CAT sheet well takes a particular mix: reading raw survey data, working in CAD, knowing the Council’s Construction Standard Specification, and knowing exactly how the templates and portal want the data. Peter has all of it - earned on real CCC jobs, not from a manual.

Anovo Services exists so contractors and consultants can hand that task to a specialist instead of grinding through it themselves. It is built to grow, too: CAT sheets and as-builts are the focus today, with room for related specialist services down the track.

02 / What Peter brings
The portal
Hands-on knowledge of the as-built data portal and what it accepts - so submissions pass without rounds of rework.
The data
Comfortable with raw GNSS survey data and CAD, and the datums CCC requires (NZVD2016, Mt Pleasant 2000).
The standard
Knows the Construction Standard Specification, where the details the drawings leave out actually live.
The focus
A sole trader by design - your job is the priority, not a low-margin task squeezed in around bigger work.
